XebiaLabs technical support is here to help you use our tools to reap the benefits of Continuous Delivery and DevOps. Our current support policy covers the latest product release; it also covers the immediately preceding release for up to a year after the latest release is launched.


We know that it is important that you have enough time to upgrade when we release new versions, which is why this support policy was originally designed to give you a year to plan and execute an upgrade. However, our commitment to adding valuable enhancements and new features to our products means that our release schedule is accelerating. Based on your feedback, we recognize that our current support policy will not always meet its original goal.

Therefore, we have revised our support policy as follows:

Every release family (3.9.x, 4.0.x, etc.) is covered for up to a year after the next release is launched.

The revised support policy is effective as of today. This means that the XL Deploy 3.9.x release family is supported until March 2015; that is, one year after the launch of XL Deploy 4.0.0, the first version in the XL Deploy 4.0.x release family. The upcoming release of XL Deploy 4.5 does not impact the support coverage for XL Deploy 3.9.

We are confident that our revised support policy will give you the predictability and peace of mind that you need when planning for upgrades.
