If you run into an issue with any of our products, you can report it via our technical support website. Our Technical Support engineers will investigate the issue and attempt to find a solution. If we find that the problem is caused by a bug in the product or one of our supported plugins, our Technical Support team will register this issue with Engineering. The following diagram describes the Maintenance Release process that we follow to fix registered issues:
Maintenance releases are made available via the regular XebiaLabs software distribution site. A notification will be posted on the Announcements forum on the technical support website that includes the list of issues fixed in the release.
